Ben Jackson has been an artist for 18 years, although the only art-related job he has had was working under a tattoo artist in Chattanooga. He is working on a double major degree in Statistics and Electronics Engineering. He feels that his studies in Statistics have affected his spatial reasoning and thus his art. “Art and math are very close in my eyes. Painting is the space I find guidance and pray; that’s the space I think is most worth sharing.” Ben has a strong wanderlust, having moved over 40 times in the last 10 years.
